After seeing a 'Physical Medicine and Rehab' doctor and getting hip x-rays, I was formally diagnosed with moderate degenerative osteoarthritis. I endured several sessions of physical therapy, which were not particularly comfortable or helpful. I did experience several new and interesting stretching exercises.
